A beach-shack dream that grew into Miami's favorite Caribbean table.
Coco Mambo began in 2009 as a driftwood grill on a stretch of Caribbean coast, where chef Marisol Reyes cooked her Jamaican grandmother's jerk and her Cuban father's mojo for anyone who wandered by. Word travelled. The shack grew a roof, then a patio, then a line down the beach.
In 2016 we brought that spirit to Miami Beach — same recipes, same music, same warm welcome. Every dish still starts the way it did on the sand: fresh fish from local boats, produce from island-rooted growers, and spice blends ground in-house every morning.
Daily catch from Gulf and Atlantic boats, produce from regional farms, nothing frozen that should be fresh.
Live music on weekends and a team that treats every guest like family on the porch.
House-ground jerk and mojo blends — bold, balanced, and made the traditional way.
